60-Minute Personal Training Sessions
I offer in person 60-minute personal training sessions. Depending on location, I can train you in your home or at a local gym where I rent space. We’ll start with a free consultation to determine what is the best option for you.

Customized Monthly Program (self-led)
My customized monthly programs, which are self-led, are a great option for women who already have experience lifting weights and need a program to follow. If you are new to lifting, returning to exercise after an injury or pre/post natal, I highly recommend starting with my in person training sessions.
